		<description>There's protecting children, and there's going so far and beyond protecting that it gets ridiculous. There's one thing to have simple background checks on individuals before they interact with children - this whole "vetting" nonsense seems ridiculous.

I think bureaucracy is one of the greatest money-wasters in the educational system today. More money needs to be spent on teachers in the classroom, instead of administrators in offices.
