You are quite right in what you say about the lack (so far) of any criminal investigation into some of these "expenses". This matter would normally, I feel, fall readily into the jurisdiction of that "strange fruit" known as the "court of public opinion". However, we all know that court is underfunded and still has a glut of high value pension cases to determine.</description>
